The Haitians need tents.The rainy season is coming up.
My neighbors are sleeping under some sheets.

What will they do when the big rains come?

Haiti needs the world

That old lady lives in the neighborhood.She's blind and sick.
Her house was destroyed in the earthquake.She's the grandmother of our friend palo.He is a kid who does not have ability of language, he's like a mute.He's a kid who does not have access with education.

My family shares food with him.My mom likes this boy so much..My mom used to give him clothes when she was selling used clothes in the market in the years past.

Palo and his family are sleeping in bad condition.They simply use some peace of web to make a small shelter to live.They have to stand up when it rains, and it''s the same for thousands Haitians.They don't have tent.I am sharing my tent with two neighbors.

I am worried about the rainy season that is around the corner.What will the Haitians do when the big rains come?

Haitians need everything, and i always believe that a new Haiti is possible.Haiti needs you!

Humanity

The news are saying more than 200000 people were killed and 350000 wounded in the earthquake. This is a big tragedy for Haiti and for the world. It’s one of the biggest desaster that humanity has never known.Haiti as the poorest country in the western hemisphere is knowing some very difficult days and now need everything. Things were bad before the January 12 and now things are worse.



Our organization has been working very hard every single day. We’ve been keeping the people in the neighborhood informed about messages of solidarity, peace, and non-violent strategy, sanitary issues.

We are now doing it with action.We started a small clinic this week.This clinic is dedicaded to helping the people in the neighborhood without no charge.

Last Monday more than 200 people came. We could not take that 200 because we have a lack of resources. .

We can take 50 people a day. But in the meantime,They have so many needs every day.


Most of the people are children. Those children have skin disease and diarrhea, fever etc…

Future of Haiti

I want to start this short post by asking this following question,Where is the future of the children of Haiti?
It is an important question because they are always forgotten.Although, they are the future of this country.They are the most affected by the earthquake last January 12,thus, they are homeless, hungry, orphans, and traumatized etc.
I was very sad to see some children crying under the rain during the other day.They are innocents.
They are the world and they are the future of Haiti.The children of Haiti need you!

Earthquake

No need to ask about how things are here because everything has been showing across the news.
Things are getting very very complicated for the Haitians.No aid has not reached the people yet.Here, upon the mountain in Carrefour, we have not received even a bottle of water yet.
Our local organization (LYPEDHA) is doing an important job which is EDUCATING the people.I personally teach some guys English.Me and the members of LYPEDHA are organizing the people by telling how to keep the street and the camps cleaned, how to keep peace among them.We also worked on an evacuation of a field that could allow any helicopter to land in the neighborhood.
Our currently goal is providing food, water, and tents to the people here in the neighborhood.
I already saw two more deaths during last Saturday, they were babies.They died because lack of vitamins and food and water.There are many others who are in a vulnerable situation.If there is anything done for now, therefore, everything will be worse for the days ahead
We need help to provide food, water, tents and also doctors and medical supply.
No time to do politic so the time is to help the Haitians.
